Why is processing required on Business?
Payments fund the software — it's why Business costs $149 and not $500. One published rate, locked for three years, and we route to cheaper rails (ACH) automatically.
What happens at the 100-family cap?
Nothing breaks. Every family you already have keeps working exactly as before — you just can't add the 101st until you move to Business.
Do you charge per student?
Never. Not per student, not per class, not per staff seat. Siblings never cost extra. The price is the price.
Can I leave?
Yes. Your data exports free, always — families, enrollments, payment history, attendance, waivers. No exit fee, no export fee, no hostage period.
