How we use it
Placeholder: to operate the product for your gym, provide support, and improve reliability. Chalk does not sell data and does not use gym or family data to advertise.
Payments
Placeholder: card and bank details are handled by our payment processor. Funds settle directly to the gym's bank account; Chalk never holds them.
Children's data
Placeholder: athlete records are entered by the gym under its own agreements with families. Chalk acts as a processor for that information.
Retention and export
Placeholder: gyms can export their full data at any time, and may request deletion after their account closes.
